Kendra Sheaffer, RN
When my baby was brought to the hospital for emergency surgery, I was overwhelmed with worry and sadness. Everything happened so suddenly.
From the moment we arrived, Kendra greeted us with such kindness and calm. She welcomed us, accompanied us to our room, and treated my entire family—my two daughters, my brother, and my son—with patience and care.
When my baby needed two MRIs, I was too overwhelmed to go with him on the table. Without hesitation, Kendra volunteered to stay with him both times.
Even though the position was uncomfortable and the exams were long, she never once complained. When I apologized, she simply said she was happy as long as they could get good pictures.
Throughout our stay, Kendra sang, laughed, and danced to comfort my baby whenever he was upset. Her warmth and positivity made a difficult experience so much lighter for us. Kendra even washed all my baby's bottles without me having to ask.
I will be forever grateful for her kindness, compassion, and the exceptional care she provided.
