There are not enough thank you's to adequately express the kindness that Kendra gave to our family as our mom/grandma passed away. She so patiently explained what she was doing and why. The collaboration between Kendra and the doctor was exceptional and their communication with the family was top notch. I know that this is part of their everyday job, but we were all so impressed with the humanity that was shown to us. Mom passed away at about 6 p.m. and family stayed until about 8 p.m. Kendra answered all our questions, let us know our next steps (how/when mom would be transported) and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Kendra never made us move away from mom's bedside as she left us. She worked around us and made a difficult time so much easier. Thank you, Kendra! You are so great at what you do and we couldn't have asked for a better medical professional to be there with us.
