Kendyl Atkinson, RN

Kendyl cared for my father after open-heart surgery. She was caring, attentive, and patient with my father and his wife. My dad is a nurse and the first thing he said was, “My nurse Kendyl really knows her stuff.” High praise from nurse to nurse. I called Kendyl several times the first couple of days post-op and I could tell she had a firm grasp on the situation, communicated my dad’s issues thoroughly, and what the medical team was doing to support Dad in those areas. Kendyl was patient with my questions, and I never felt she was too busy, she would ask “What other questions do you have?” I knew my dad was in good hands when Kendyl was his nurse, that was a great comfort when I was 3,000 miles away.
