Kenia Torres, RN

The entire team in the unit that cared for my husband, deserves special recognition for their care, concern, and treatment. Everyone was wonderful to my family and me. But I especially remember Kenia, the nurse that took the extra walk with me on two occasions when I absolutely needed it. And when the final painful words came from the doctors revealing my husband was not going to survive this medical episode, I broke down in tears and had to walk away. Kenia walked with me with her arm around me to support me and showed me such great compassion. I will never forget her love and her taking the time to walk with me back to the family waiting room. What a special young lady who is a true DAISY Nurse.
