Kenna happened to be our baby’s nurse, and we were thankful our paths crossed! We were having an especially difficult time getting our baby to latch for nursing, Kenna noticed and offered to assist. This is not part of her job, but she said it was a passion of hers, and she was eager to help us. We had met with many Lactation Consultants prior and hadn't had much success at all, and honestly, were ready to switch to formula. Kenna spent a considerable amount of time and offered lots of advice and we were able to successfully breastfeed. She went above and beyond her normal job description and because of her we did not give up on our breastfeeding journey.
