Kennedy "Blaize" Pritchard was bright, cheery, and eager to assist my every need. I have deep admiration and appreciation of her professionalism and expertise. She educated me about my medication, lifted my spirits with pictures of her vegetable garden, and assisted me outside to the courtyard. She was so easy to talk to, kind, and caring. I felt assured that I was going to receive great care. I never felt the need to use my call light because she was always there when I needed her. She was my superhero. She was so kind and patient with me. Every task was no big deal to her, and she did it with a smile and caring attitude.
