Hand-written response from the patient regarding RN and RN's immersion student: 

"Since their first day with me, they have been extremely polite and attentive. They genuinely cared for me, making my visit much smoother. You can tell they sincerely love their occupation and are passionate about it. Together, they work great as a team, ensuring your comfort, well-being, and safety. They are GREAT nurses, and I appreciate them both. Best wishes for their success. I will never forget either of them or forever be thankful for how they cared for me. I truly felt that they had my best interest at heart. They never let me feel alone, or like I was left hanging or forgotten about. Thank you both so much for being great nurses. I wish I could repay them, but I'll pay it back to society by being a great person myself."

This nurse is a tremendous role model, and I want to thank her for teaching such stellar nursing practice to the next generation of nursing students. She has not only forever impacted her own patient care, but she is upholding the UCLA standard of care for future nurses. We are so proud of this nurse!
