Within her role, she consistently demonstrates exceptional compassion by exceeding the standard expectations of her role. She recently displayed remarkable compassion and care for a complex-care Infant whose single mother was frequently unable to be at the bedside.
On her own Initiative, Kennedy purchased clothing for the baby to ensure he had the necessary items for when he goes home. Furthermore, with the mother's consent, she spent additional time taking timeless photos of the infant for his family, ensuring they felt connected to every milestone even while unable to be present at his bedside.
Serving as his primary care nurse, acted as a devoted advocate for this Infant. She was Instrumental In his development, providing the consistent support needed to guide him toward discharge after he had spent the first four months of his life hospitalized.
This selfless dedication clearly illustrates her servant heart and love for those she serves.
