Nursing is a very important duty back to the beginning of civilization. It is to me the most important job in the hospital. On the day my son was born, Kennedy was like the moon for me and my family. She was cool, calm and always there. Even though at times she left the room I felt like she was still there in mind and spirit. When she was gone she had us in mind thinking of ways to make us comfortable and feel welcome while still keeping the dignity of what she was responsible for and the life she was protecting. I am so thankful for Broadlawns giving us a nurse who has provided us with outstanding qualities.
