I was to be admitted to Alexandria Hospital on Wednesday, but due to decreased availability the admission was delayed. Then I received a call from Ken who apologized for the delay and told me that he had a bed for me. I explained to him that my son would be bringing me after he left work. Knowing that it would be late, Ken asked if I would have eaten dinner. I said probably not since I had little time to prepare for my son's arrival.
Accolades and plaudits are extended to Ken for his exemplary thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism in assisting me in getting settled in my room this past Wednesday. Since it was late, he had dinner ready for me. Kudos to you Ken.
