I went to visit my friend. Her nurse, Kenneth, was the most amazing person. He treated my friend with such compassion and consideration that it brought tears to my eyes. She was having trouble breathing and Kenneth took the time to make sure my friend was ok. He spoke to her in a calm manner and made her feel that she was important. He was busy because you could tell people were calling him, but he was never in a rush. He put his full attention to the care of my dear friend, and I respected that. He was attentive to her needs all the time. While nobody else seemed to come and help, Kenneth was always there. He is a true nurse and deserves to be recognized. He went above and beyond because not only did he do his job, but he really cared. I wish if I am ever hospitalized I get Kenneth as my nurse because I know I will be in the best hands. God sends angels to care for the sick and I think he is one of them.
