The outstandingly effective time management this student brought to the clinical (and theory) activities, combined with thorough completion of assigned clinical work and positive actions taken to improve his clinical environment for the benefit of improved patient care and health provider experience has been notable. Additionally, he consistently demonstrated insightful and action-oriented reflection-on-practice, and he modeled and promoted reflective practice for colleagues in his Bachelor’s Completion Program for Nurses.
