Kenneth Kirimi, RN

Anyone who has contact with Kenneth recognizes what a life force he is with patients and staff. His exuberance in everything he does for his patients is recognized during Nurse Leader Rounding. Over the past 3 months he has been recognized, by name, as an outstanding nurse by 10 patients! Even if the patients come back to the floor or even float in from another floor, they ask for him if he has cared for them before. He recently started precepting new staff members and has been very successful at doing so. Kenneth shares what his failures and successes were which makes for a better experience for the person being precepted.
