Ken is a very caring, compassionate and hard working nurse. He was very dedicated in serving our father. He handled our father's needs professionally and with gentleness whether it was giving his medications, pills, bathroom needs, he was sensitive to what was going on with him. Ken gave up his day off on a Friday (switched with a co worker) in order to care for our father more fully. He used his "Chinese" to make our dad's stay less fearful but more comforting!
