Kent Pond, RN

Nurse Kent assisted my father throughout his hospital visit and showed great care and concern. We were most impressed that even on a day he was not the nurse for my dad, he knew that he was concerned about surgery and came over from another room to talk him through the process. Kent went over and above what was expected and is definitely deserving of recognition.
