I came into the ER with my twin 1-year-olds. I was by myself and struggling to handle my sick baby while keeping the other calm.

My son threw up all over his stroller, and Kent took us back and immediately started comforting and taking care of all of us. I’m sure he could tell I was having a rough last few days, and he was so gentle with my sons and me. He offered me something to drink and made sure I was staying hydrated.

I was almost brought to tears when he got on his knees and started cleaning and scrubbing the puke from my stroller. I will never forget his kindness to me and my boys. He is, by far, one of the best nurses I’ve ever met!
