My father was in Kentoya's care after surgery for a broken hip and also has an early onset of Dementia. He was highly agitated and confused which truly scares my mom and the rest of the family as the dementia is still a fairly new diagnosis and one which we are still trying to navigate.
Kentoya jumped right in and began to open a dialogue with my father that I could tell made him feel at ease. She cared for him as if he were her own father which gave my mother the ultimate reassurance that while he was on her watch, he would be well taken care of which provided her ability to go home and rest.
