Kenzie Saindon, RN

Kenzie came in on her day off and shaved a patient who has been at the hospital for several weeks post-open heart. She took it upon herself to serve in a capacity that expanded outside of her clinical skills.

This extra act demonstrated not just core values in words but in action. She provided human dignity and compassion in a way that highlighted the patient as a person, and the physician was very impressed with her dedication to patient care
