I am old, body wearing out in every way, and tired of being poked and prodded while doctoring. So I came in with an attitude. Kenzie listened and compassionately empathized while getting vitals, etc. Kenzie didn't challenge me about my decisions but explained procedures such as IVs. Kenzie is upbeat, humorous but very professional about complete care - mind, body, and soul! You couldn't have a better representative of your total hospital. I'd return because of her.
