Keondra Thomas, RN

Recently, I was admitted to HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital. I spent the weekend in the ICU where I received the best care from Nurse Keondra. I was truly bummed about my hospital admission due to it interfering with my plans to travel to see my nephew's college graduation in North Carolina. I mentioned this to Keondra and she suggested I check to see if it was viewable via livestream. The next day, Keondra assisted me with setting up the livestream and allowed me to view the entire ceremony. She continually boosted my spirits since I was not able to be there with my family. I honestly believe if she hadn't engaged with me as much as she did, it would have been even more depressing for me. I was highly impressed with the care I received from the staff, especially Keondra!
