Keoni A Gist, RN

Ms. Keoni Gist was nominated by a patient that was anxious about receiving her Covid vaccination. Emotions ran high at that point in the pandemic, with so many excited to finally have protection against the deadly Covid-19 virus, but anxious about potential side effects. Keoni recognized the patient’s anxiety and took the extra time to calm and support her. The patient commented that Keoni had a “great attitude and spirit, went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel at ease.”
