Kereida is not only an experienced, highly competent nurse; she provides excellent, high-quality, empathetic care to our patients. I have witnessed multiple patients offer high praise to her bedside manner, most recently she was mentioned in a letter that highlighted her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure their comfort, as well provide a detailed explanation of their treatment throughout their hospital stay. It was also mentioned that her attentiveness, positive attitude, and clear explanations made a significant difference in their recovery process. Kereida's high-quality care is what we strive for here at Mercy Hospital. Not only does she provide outstanding care to our patients, but she is also a constant support to the staff members that she works with, as well as a preceptor for new nurses to our hospital.
