I found Keri to be very professional yet extremely compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. Even though I knew she had many patients to care for she made my wife feel that she was the only patient in the whole hospital and that she was receiving one on one personal care. Keri displayed a high level of professional compassion and a genuine concern for my wife's well-being and care. Keri also made me feel comfortable and at ease with my wife's care which is highly important to me. She always knew what to say and how to say it to put our minds at ease, brighten our day and ease our burden. If Keri did not know the answer she was quick to get the answers that we needed to put our minds at ease. I believe that if there was ever a nurse that deserved recognition for her outstanding and selfless work it is Keri. My words alone are not enough to express my gratitude for the kind of care that Keri provided.
