Keri's caring and gentle personality impressed me immediately after surgery. After being on the operating table for five hours, her concern and capability were evident, and I knew instantly I was in good hands.
Keri made the often frustrating IV bag experience tolerable and relatively easy - even during the wee hours of the morning. She understood that everyone would rather be sleeping, but she made "taking care of yourself" and taking care of you her number one priority.
Keri was terrific all the time and that's not easy to accomplish especially when other people are involved.
