Keri was nominated by the daughter of a patient who described her as "attentive and warm." She says that Keri kept the family informed about the status of their mother's surgery, and even stayed past her shift to assist in the preparation of the patient and communicate with the family. Keri's frequent updates provided comfort and security for the family, knowing that their mother was well-cared for. Keri respected the need for patient/family-centered care during the patient's stay at Viera Hospital.

We recognize Keri for showing caring and compassion to the patient and family during their stay in Prep and Discharge. Both the patient and family expressed sincere gratitude for the care Keri provided and appreciate the dedication Keri has for her patients.
