Keri was so hands-on. She made me feel comfortable even with bathroom matters I couldn’t control. She never once entered my room without a smile. If I pushed the call button, she responded within minutes. I have been hospitalized many times in multiple different hospitals, and she was the best nurse I’ve encountered. I was so embarrassed about my situation, but she reassured me that it was no big deal. She always had a smile, and I am very appreciative of the care she provided me.
