During my father’s ICU stay, Keri cared for him on multiple occasions. From the very beginning, she distinguished herself through her exceptional compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness toward both my father and our family during an incredibly difficult and emotional time.
Keri consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to excellence in patient care. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and calm, ensuring my father’s comfort while clearly explaining his care and condition to our family in a way that was both compassionate and reassuring. Her clinical expertise was evident in the confidence she brought to every interaction, which gave us a sense of trust and peace during an otherwise overwhelming experience.

What set Keri apart most was the meaningful rapport she built with my father. She treated him with dignity, warmth, and respect, taking the time to truly connect with him as a person, not just a patient. When it became clear that we were approaching the end of my father’s life, there was no question whom we wanted by our side. Keri was the nurse we trusted to help guide us through our most difficult moments. Her presence during our goodbye was a profound comfort—she was gentle, supportive, and deeply compassionate, allowing our family to focus on being together while knowing our father was in caring and capable hands.
