Keri Miller, RN

I had to tell my family member that I wouldn't be able to care for them at home anymore and that they would need to go to a nursing home. Keri spoke with me on the phone and made sure to see me when I arrived at the hospital. She gave words of encouragement both times and took the time to listen to me while I cried. She even gave me a hug. Just having her listen and not judge me made the process easier. Thank you, Keri!
