We had a patient who came up from the ED missing his shoes. He was homeless, and that was his only pair of shoes. He was anxious and really wanted those shoes back. Kerin searched every room and stretcher and backtracked every step. Unfortunately, she couldn't find the shoes. Kerin, with her awesome, loving, and kind heart, bought the patient a new pair of shoes today. She definitely didn't have to, but she did, and that is awesome! I'm proud to be able to work with such an amazing nurse with the biggest heart!
