The day following my husband’s surgery, when he was transferred to a regular bed, Nurse Kerin became our steadfast advocate during a period of uncertainty. Although his condition had stabilized, Kerin consistently went above and beyond routine care. She maintained open lines of communication, providing timely updates about his condition and coordinating with the surgical team, even when they were difficult to reach due to their operating room commitments. Kerin’s frequent rounds, thoughtful inquiries regarding his comfort, and willingness to address every question or concern provided us with much-needed clarity during a confusing time. Her proactive approach and empathetic care alleviated our worries and ensured that any emerging issues were promptly and effectively addressed.
