Kerinne went above and beyond to send a Red Cross letter to the son of an actively dying patient. She was very busy during her shift, but took the time to find out the process and put forth the effort to send one. It meant so much to the patient and his wife that their son will be able to be with them during the patient's last days. Her caring gesture touched not only the patient and his family, but all the staff as well.
