Kerissa was one of our night nurses for our twins in NICU. I truly believe she is one of the main reasons we were able to be released within 11 days. She let me be very hands-on and made sure things were improving, not stagnant. I felt confident in her abilities, which allowed me to get rest at night. She was a major factor in our child's development and ability to finally come home.
