Her patients are consistently her number one priority even if it means that she will skip her lunch break.
Kerre takes the time not only to tend to her patient's physical needs, but also to their emotional needs. She has been found on many occasions to pull up a chair and sit next to her patients and listen to what they have to say. Kerre is also astute in her assessments and a number one patient advocate. Kerre does her research well in order to be well informed to provide the best possible care she can give her patients. Not only does she provide safe and excellent care to her patients while they are in the hospital, but she makes sure that when her patients are discharged they are well informed about follow up care at home and have resources available to facilitate their care while always maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude.
