Kerri thoroughly answers my questions and addresses my concerns. She makes very clear notes to the doctors concerning my health. The doctors come in knowing the problem without me having to repeat it. My family has not been here while Kerri is working however, Kerri is certain I understand any info I may need or answers my questions so that I may relay that information. Kerri is an extremely caring and compassionate person it shows through all she does.
