She is always professional and caring. Always putting the patient's needs before her own. She is thorough in her care. Spending time with patients and families explaining and consoling when needed. If she is having a busy or a bad day, the patients never know it because she doesn't let those things come through when giving care. She is also friendly to all staff at all levels of care.
