One of the most meaningful examples of Kerry's leadership was how she went above and beyond to support an associate in earning recognition in our new PDAP program. She did not simply guide them through the process; she partnered with them, coached them, and invested her own time to ensure they felt confident and supported at every step. Because of her dedication, the associate not only met the requirements but felt genuinely celebrated and valued. This is the kind of impact Kerry has on others every single day.
Kerry's influence extends far beyond her immediate team. I have been with OhioHealth Grove City Methodist for the past seven months as the new Clinical Lead in PreOp/PACU. During this time, Kerry has been an exceptional leader and mentor in helping me grow into my role.
She consistently demonstrates patience, extensive knowledge, and inspiring leadership. Kerry is always willing to step in wherever needed-whether that means taking patients, providing staff with breaks and lunches, or making herself available to answer questions and address concerns. Her willingness to support the team truly reflects her dedication to both staff and patient care.
