Kerry goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of patients/families. Treats the people with respect, courtesy, positive attitude at all times. Anticipates the wants and needs of our patients/families and responds promptly. Communicates with compassion, using words the patient/family can understand. Takes ownership of and pride in her/his practice.
Kerry was the ideal nurse to have on the day of my first ever surgery. She put me at ease with her kind and generous personality, and her highly competent patient care. She made me feel relaxed and well cared for throughout the entire experience. She worked hard to make sure I understood all of the steps and went above and beyond to keep me comfortable during an unanticipated wait. Her compassionate communication really stood out to me as an example for all medical providers. I am so thankful to have had Kerry taking care of me.
