Petals make me think of flowers, flowers make me think of love and love makes me think of Kerry Rummel - that's what Kerry bring to everything she does. Of all emotions that gather at the sound of "Chemotherapy," I didn't think love and friendship would be among them, but they are. Kerry has held my hand and offered a shoulder to capture my tears on. She is smart, sincere, and always there. It's like she was blessed with an Angel-like love to be a special nurse. To choose just one of the DAISY petals as the reason Nurse Kerry Rummel should receive this award would not be enough. She truly demonstrates ALL - which makes her a breath of fresh air and a beautiful flower of love, selflessness, compassion, empathy, trust, encouragement and immeasurable strength.
