A patient told me when I passed these forms out, that he had a nurse already picked out and he looked at this wife and stated, "my Angel, Kerry". They both shook their heads yes. The patient stated he came into the Emergency Department about a year ago with an MI, and that he coded and when he woke up, "Kerry's face and voice were the first things he saw and heard, his Angel".
