Ketsia's communication style is impressive. Calm under pressure, clear in direction, and never condescending. As House Supervisor, she carries the weight of the building on her shoulders shift after shift, and she does it with steadiness and grace. She is warm with staff, kind with patients, and knowledgeable in a way you only get from doing the work and paying attention. She is flexible when the floor demands it, and she steps in wherever the need is greatest without being asked. She makes the people around her better simply by being on shift with them.
