A1C Arbaiza was working in the MSU for his CMRP hours, and I (his supervisor in internal med) received an email from the MSU charge nurse describing how well he performed and how well his demeanor was with the patients. The email also described how he was extremely helpful to the staff and “not afraid to dig in and help whoever needed it.” They described him as a quick learner and stated that the entire staff enjoyed having him work the floor with them.
