When I arrived at Gaylord, I was completely terrified and sick. Kevin was my nurse upon admission, and he immediately made me feel safe and welcomed. He went the extra mile and stayed until 1:30 am to help me get adjusted to my new environment. From there I developed a close bond with Kevin and he consistently showed he cared for me and built trust. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He celebrated wins with me and sat with me when I had moments of weakness. I always looked forward to shifts that Kevin was on. He made me smile, laugh, and feel supported during the most difficult time in my life. He was absolutely incredible and I will miss him dearly!
