I was feeling miserable coming out of the ICU recovering from a mini-heart attack and major bypass surgery combined with a hole sewn up in my heart. I really hadn't fully recovered from my prior stroke and my wounds had not fully healed from the removal of all my toes just performed with in the past 60 days. Patience was what I was shortest on, however, and I made myself vomiting sick throwing the prior nurses out.

Kevin came into a hostile environment with finesse. In minutes I felt much better, cared for, and respected. Such has been our relationship to date. Being the man who imprints the Level of care one will receive at Swedish and or what the "Swedish" logo stands for.
