I found Kevin was very approachable, respectful, and hardworking. Every time I push the call button, he always there to help and assist me especially during my pain crisis. As for his impact on the other staff, it seems to find him very trustworthy and helpful. It was always easy to start a conversation with him, which give me comfort and security.
