Kevin always looked at me when he talked, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He made me feel safe and that someone cared. Had a smile every time he came into the room. When I wet myself he was gentle when changing Depends. He kept the door open at night until I was asleep. Brought coffee to me and my daughters at 6:00 am. Very special young man.
