I witnessed how hard Kevin worked as charge nurse. Kevin always works hard, is eager to help, and has a positive attitude. He is an excellent IV nurse and sometimes he can start an IV even after the IV nurse has failed. It is always a great pleasure working side by side with him. I have watched him grow as a nurse. As a young nurse with almost only one year of experience, Kevin grasped all aspects of nursing and really progressed and matured into a very good (one of the Best) nurses on our unit.
As charge nurse, Kevin always makes sure that staff nurses are getting help, he is always offering his help and is always available whenever help is needed. I like his disposition towards work. Kevin is a very positive, cheerful, and friendly person.
