I can't express how much I appreciated Kevin for his encouragement and caring in my darkest hour. When I had little hope left, Kevin's presence and demeanor kept me alive and hopeful. Kevin is a great example of what a skilled nurse should be. I will forever be grateful to Kevin. I now know there are truly Angels walking among us and I was so lucky to have met one. My life is changing for the better and he was at the start of it. If it wasn't for Covid I would definitely want to give him such a big hug and a face-to-face thank you. Thank you, Kevin. With your support and encouragement, I'm doing much better now and am filled with so much hope!

Kevin is so special because he took the time to explain things to me and calm me down. He always addressed my concerns right away and never dismissed or ignored me.
