Kevin recently went above and beyond in taking care of an inpatient hospice patient on the 4th floor. The patient loved pickles, and Kevin made the patient pickle pops when he had no appetite for other food. The family appreciated how Kevin provided something for the patient that he made special and went the extra mile. Nurses like Kevin, who provide extra care during a patient’s end-of-life care, truly embody the mission of Lourdes Hospital!
