I have never met a more caring and compassionate nurse. Kevin is the best preceptor. He has pristine assessment skills and wisdom. He calms patients by therapeutically communicating with them. He is so organized and on top of his work. He has taught me how to plan my shift and prioritize my care. His positive energy is infectious - everyone feels good and supported when they are around Kevin. He is so deserving of this award and more!! With transitioning into the new building, Kevin has stepped up into a natural leadership role and created a team among staff. Nurses work as a team when Kevin is working.
