Kevin is a kind and caring man; during my stay here, Kevin was always attentive, helpful, and eager to ensure I was comfortable at all times. I was waiting for a doctor to clear me to get dinner. Kevin got one of the associates from the doctor's office here in time for me to eat dinner. I was so happy because I had not eaten anything since the Sunday before. Kevin takes great care of everyone he is assigned to, even if they are not kind to him. He maintains his kindness with everyone and the tone in his voice never changes always talking with kindness to everyone. Kevin always responds even to the smallest questions with my care with the utmost patience and professionalism. He brightened difficult moments with encouraging conversation and always made the extra effort to offer a warm blanket, water, and most importantly a smile. Kevin has wonderful communication skills. He would explain new medications given to me or changes to anything regarding my fluid machine. I am very grateful for the professional manner in which you helped me. Thank you so much, Kevin.
